Ronald Sawyer is president of Sawyer and Associates Inc. Ronald founded Sawyer and Associates in 1984 and Ron and Richie came on board after graduating college.

Ronald started Sawyer and Associates as a small residential and commercial development corporation in Glynn county Georgia. By combining quality, style , and a talented team, the company grew substantially over the years, producing premier properties which enhance the surrounding community of which they are part.

Today, with over three decades of experience, Ronald and his team of professionals continue to provide Southeast Georgia and North Florida with hotel complexes, retail and office centers, freeway commercial property, condominiums and residential communities of uncompromising quality.

In 1994, Ron Sawyer went to work for Sawyer and Associates building homes. In that same year he earned his Real Estate license. Since then Ron earned his General Contractors license for Florida and Georgia, then became Associate Broker for Sawyer and Associates and later the Broker. Ron has been involved in the design and construction of homes, the design of several subdivisions in Laurel Island Plantation. He’s also built several commercial and retail centers, a beach front condo on St. Simons Island, and renovated two restaurants. Overall Ron has built or been involved in the construction and design of over 1000 homes.

Started working for Sawyer & Associates in 1997 building homes.
Got my Real Estate License in 1997 and started selling homes.
Over the past sixteen years, I have overseen the construction of homes in several subdivisions including Cypress Run in Brunswick, Ga, and Laurel Island Plantation in Kingsland, Ga. I have built several Commercial Strip Centers, and was job superintendent on the development of six subdivisions with over 500 lots.
I have worked under my brother’s Contractors license until 2013 when I obtained my own Contractors license.
Currently, I am building, selling and renting homes in Laurel Island Plantation in Kingsland Georgia.

Associate Broker

Tripp Rowell was born and raised in Camden County and has a vast knowledge of the area. After graduating from Camden County High School he attended the University of Georgia and completed his degree in Business Education. He later obtained his master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Troy State University. After teaching for 11 years, Tripp obtained his real estate license and began working for Sawyer and Associates in May of 2015. Tripp is also the chief web designer at Design21 and has an expertise in internet and social media marketing.
